It’s go time! I’ll be going to New Mexico for a working vacation. I have a series to complete for a gallery showing – and I can’t think of a better place for inspiration than in the high desert between Santa Fe and Taos. The landscape of mesas, painted hills, and a splendid view of the Rio Grand gives me chills. Nature, solitude and solace get my creative juices flowing.

My gracious, talented host - Yvonne O'Gara of Yvonne O'Gara Collections
Mz O’Gara and hubby, Donald, are long time friends. Both artists have a wonderful abode nestled in a rural setting. I will be creating in my own studio space with stunning views, with lots of natural light on the second floor of Yvonne’s studio space. With the ever-changing weather in the region, I might be looking out on a blanket of snow – or passing storm or bright blue beautiful skies. One just never knows.
My last trip to New Mexico was renewing. Along with creating – I took time out to enjoy nature. Hiking and exploring. Nature is my place of worship. Nothing stirs my heart more.
While I’m creating in New Mexico – I will not have access to my inventory here in New Orleans, therefore, I will not be able to ship items in a timely manner. If you’re considering making a purchase, now is the time to message me. Let’s discuss what you’re interested in – come to an agreement, so I can ship out this week before I leave.
Prints and print blocks available on Etsy.
I’m working deals, as I will need a little help financing my trip. Again, send me a private message and let’s talk. As always, thank you for supporting my work and a living artist!
